About The Author
BALA KRISHNAMOORTHY, Ph.D., is Professor, Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), Mumbai, a Deemed University. Earlier, she was a faculty member at Jamanlal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, University of Mumbai. In 1997 she received an International Felicitation for her work in the area of Environmental Education and WEE-IIEE-IAEWP Environmental Award. She was also the recipient of Fullbright IAELP fellowship for 2003–2004, and was associated with the Center for Responsible Business at HAAS School of Business, University of California. Dr. Bala Krishnamoorthy’s areas of interest for training and consultancy include corporate environmental management, environmental ethics, environmental management systems, managerial effectiveness training for environmental NGOs, and corporate, social and environmental reporting practices
